In order to start training you need make sure that there is no health issues prohibiting you from working out. If everything is fine then sports wear and training shoes is all you need. There is always a trainer in the gym who will be more than happy to help you with an advice or even spot for you.
In our center you can choose between individual or mini-group (3−8 people) sessions. Our trainers are proven professionals who’s got physical science education and extensive experience. We will be happy to help you to choose the right trainer, just leave us a message.

Every second the machine knows what you are doing and even predicts what you are going to do! It can simulate the G-Forces, accelerations and impulses that appear when you are going down the slope and start edging your ski or a snowboard. Choose between multiple options of different runs, including copies of real ones. Choose your level of difficult and, snow characteristics. Enjoy the ride on the endless slope, conquer the slalom trails, experience threateting giant slalom, or even try an ultimate challenge — speed slope.
